Refresher Prenatal Classes: Birthin' Again

Join us for prenatal classes in Downtown Toronto in the beautiful space Rosedale Wellness Centre located at365 Bloor St East near the Sherbourne Subway Station. Small classes of 4-6 couples ensure a personal approach in which everyone has a chance to participate and contribute in class discussion.

Whether it's your second or your tenth birth, this one will be different, and so will life that follows.

In this full-day, condensed and entirely inspiring refresher, prenatal instructor and doula Amanda Spakowski will take parents through:

• Birth processing – healing any previous birth trauma and connecting with what worked from your previous birth experience
• Connecting with your children – preparing your older child for a new baby and learning to connect with a new baby in the midst of fast-paced family life
• Labour support – a refresher on practical pain coping techniques and the stages of labour
